What if there is a flaw on my Product?

We carefully inspect each product before we sell it in our shop and before a garment ships out that garment has passed through a minimum of 2 inspection processes to ensure quality. If flaws are noticed, they will be mentioned in the description of the item. In the off chance you receive a damaged/defective item, we ask you provide photos to our email: Thekurvasheskollection@gmail.com

VAEMIRS: These products are handmade. We strive for quality work even with things being hand made. Please understand that handmade is not machine made or perfect.

2ND BEST: Clothing has traveled through time, therefore has been loved on and gained a great deal of character. While many items maintain their original appearance, there is a chance that some pieces will have wear and tear. In most cases we are able to repair items. In the case where an item has a flaw that has not been repaired, it will be noted in the items description. These pieces have been gently worn but some are brand new. Be gentle with your previously loved on items, and care for them with years to come!

 Are there any specific care instructions for Bling Mugs? Every mug will have instructions inside.

 Because Mugs/Cups are custom designed and all done by hand, No two products are the exact same.
